PRODUCTION SITES

The group’s three manufacturing sites are spread across 7 acres. In 2019, a total of 1440 tons of hardware products were sold, corresponding to an increase of 35% compared to the year before. The increase was especially driven by increased sales in the international markets outside of Uganda.

High capacity and mobility are strategic areas of focus in the ongoing organizational management and business growth across all production units for the purpose of improving the alignment of the scheduling, output and logistics of the company as well as the connection with the distribution organization to ensure better and more efficient use of resources and increase its efficiency.

The goal is to create both organizational symbiosis and provide better customer service, and because of these efforts, Ezy Global is positive to see exponential growth.
